Refund Policy

Training Lab sells digital products such as ebooks, spreadsheets, templates, and coaching resources. Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once access has been delivered.

When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase when one of the following applies:

  • You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
  • You purchased the wrong product and have not used or downloaded the intended materials.
  • A technical issue prevents access to the purchased file and support cannot resolve it in a reasonable time.
  • The product materially differs from the description on the product page.

When Refunds Are Usually Not Available

  • You changed your mind after receiving or downloading the digital product.
  • You no longer need the product.
  • The product does not produce a specific coaching, sport, business, or performance outcome.
  • You do not have compatible software for a spreadsheet or file type that was described on the product page.

How to Request Help or a Refund

Email dani@traininglab.online with the purchase email, order number if available, product name, date of purchase, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for screenshots or details needed to verify and troubleshoot the problem.

Processing

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through the payment processor. Bank, card, and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a chargeback. Most access, duplicate payment, and download issues can be resolved quickly when we have the purchase email and order details.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
