Product Support Policy

This policy explains what support is available for Training Lab digital products, including ebooks, spreadsheets, templates, guides, and related download resources.

For product access or support questions, email dani@traininglab.online. Include the purchase email, product name, order number if available, device or software details, and screenshots when useful.
Typical Response Time
Training Lab aims to respond within 2 to 3 business days. Response times may be longer during holidays, travel, high-volume periods, or when a request requires additional investigation.
What Support Includes
- Help locating purchase emails, customer portal access, or download links.
- Help with missing, duplicate, or failed product access.
- Clarification about file format, basic use, and intended workflow.
- Correction of confirmed product-file problems when reasonably possible.
What Support Does Not Include
- Custom spreadsheet development, custom programming, or custom analytics work.
- One-on-one coaching, consulting, or implementation services unless separately agreed.
- Support for unsupported third-party software, damaged local files, or heavily modified spreadsheet formulas.
- Guarantees that a product will fit every team, device, workflow, or coaching model.
Software Compatibility
Spreadsheet products may require compatible software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet application depending on the file type and product description. Some advanced formatting, formulas, macros, charts, or layout features may behave differently across software.
Updates
Training Lab may update products over time, but a purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates unless the product page or purchase terms explicitly say so.
Lost Access
If you lose access to a download, contact support using the purchase email when possible. Access may depend on the checkout provider, customer portal, and the ability to verify the original purchase.
